Little Black Dress meets Edgy Chic
For the first outfit, I wanted to put together something I would realistically wear on a spring/autumn day. For example, a day when it’s not too cold outside, but not warm enough to go without a jacket. I paired my leather jacket from Fahsyee (Amazon) with the dress to give it a more edgy rockstar look. I then paired my MIA boots from Marshall’s (but any black combat boot will do) with the outfit. The final touches included my neutral crossbody bag from Evve (Amazon). It added a splash of color. My Slide gold chain necklace was also a final touch. I love this outfit. It’s exactly what I would wear on a spring or autumn day. It’s perfect for even a cooler summer day.
Little Black Dress meets Casual Daytrip
For this outfit, I wanted an outfit suitable for a day trip. This applies whether I’m traveling or not. I paired my hooded denim jacket from Marshall’s with the dress. To give it a more casual look, I added my Adidas Superstars. These shoes are fantastic because even though they are flat, they are very comfortable. I wore them all day when I went to Osaka. My feet only hurt a tiny bit at the end of the day. The finishing touches included my burgundy Karl Lagerfield crossbody bag. It’s my favorite crossbody bag because it’s cute with the bow. I also added my python necklace from Slide Jewels.
Little Black Dress meets City Outing
For the third outfit, I wanted something that I would wear in a city. For example, Philadelphia, New York, or even Boston on a spring or autumn day. I can also picture myself wearing this during the cooler summer months as well. For this outfit, I paired my Kenzie camo jacket from Marshall’s with my classic Vans Old Skool sneakers. I then paired it with a beautiful necklace I got from Quebec. I also added a quilted backpack from Marshall’s. This gave it that city-ready look.
Little Black Dress meets the Workplace
I wore these dresses to work when I had jobs. I wanted something that was office appropriate. I paired the little black dress with a burgundy Meerokitty cardigan (Amazon). You can find a similar cardigan here. I also used the Birkin bag dupe. It was very popular last year. The bag was from Walmart, but a similar one is available on Amazon here. I added my Toms Alpargata loafers to add that work appropriate shoe. Finally, I threw in my Coquette Berry Ribbon Pearl Necklace from By Coco Yu as an accessory. I love the way the pearls instantly elevate this outfit even more.

The final outfit is what I would theoretically wear to the beach or to a seaside resort. I paired my dress with a kimono I got from Marshall’s. I then paired it with my favorite sandals from Amazon. For accessories, I picked three gemstone bracelets. One is a rainbow bracelet. Another is made out of red carnelian. The last one is out of citrine. This gives a very summery, floaty vibe.
