The Autumn Eyeshadow Edit

Hi pretties! 🍂
We’re closing in on the official start of autumn—my favourite season for makeup. It’s when the warm tones, rich shadows, and cozy colour stories come out to play. Here are the eyeshadow palettes I’m using this season and the special shades inside them that make me feel autumn.

P. Louise Fall in Love With palette

One of my top autumn picks. This palette features 12 shades, organized in three quads:

Never Looking Back: the love-letter to reds—deep red tones that feel cosy yet bold.
This palette gives me everything from everyday warmth to rich autumn drama.

Start of Something New: warm neutrals with a glowing copper shimmer.

Got Me Feeling Deeply: a rich mix of shimmery gold, bronze-champagne, and two mattes in warm neutral tones.

Too Faced The Natural Nudes palette

Another autumn essential that’s wearable every day. What I adore are the warm shadows on the right side of the palette. Think rose taupe, warm caramel, and shimmering antique gold. These shades are perfect for creating soft looks. They still lean into the season’s mood.

  • Glistening Snow: White with shifting gold sparkle
  • Swan: Eggshell matte
  • Seashell: Peachy cream matte
  • Shimmering Pearl: Gold with pink shift
  • …and many more warm-toned beauties.
This palette is great when I want something neutral but still autumn-ready.

Kylie Cosmetics The Mauve Palette

Yes, it’s mauve—but in autumn it works so well. The ten red-toned neutrals here lean into cinnamon, burgundy, rose, and dusty plum. They offer a more romantic twist on the usual autumn brown/amber palette.
Key shades:

  • “glowing through it” – light rose gold metallic with soft gold glitter
  • “better with time” – mauve-brown matte
  • “mauve me” – rose-mauve matte
  • “90’s vibe” – pale lilac matte
  • “chestnut” – cinnamon brown matte
  • “burgundy baby” – deep plum matte with purple shimmer
It’s elevated. It’s soft. It’s slightly unexpected. I love this for my autumn content.

face pressed pigments*:

  • blushing (light pink matte)
  • oh she cute (pink rose metallic with gold glitter)

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette

This one is the ultimate autumn palette in my books. There are 14 shades in the warm-neutral/red-toned spectrum. They range from autumn burnt orange and sienna to rich ruby and chocolate.
Some standout shades:

  • “Antique Bronze” – Metallic sable
  • “Love Letter” – Raspberry ultra-matte
  • “Red Ochre” – Sienna ultra-matte
  • “Raw Sienna” – Neutral amber ultra-matte
If I want to lean full autumn mood, I choose this palette. It offers rich textures. It provides deep warmth and creates statement looks.

Charlotte Tilbury Easy Eye Palette in Charlotte Darling

The Charlotte Darling palette is soft, dreamy, and the definition of everyday autumn luxury. With warm terracotta tones, peachy mattes, and champagne shimmers, it’s perfect for both daytime glow and romantic evening looks.

It’s one of my go-to palettes when I want something refined yet simple. Every shade blends seamlessly. It creates that signature “soft focus” Charlotte Tilbury finish.

💫 Vibe: romantic glow — sophisticated, effortless, and golden-hour ready.

Dior Backstage Palette in Rosewood

If I could describe this palette in one word, it would be elegant. The Dior Rosewood palette mixes muted pinks, taupes, and warm neutrals in a way that feels both polished and cozy.

It’s perfect for a soft, feminine fall look. The shimmers are delicate, not glittery. The mattes blend like butter. I especially love pairing the rosewood tones with my mauve or camel sweaters for that monochromatic autumn vibe.

💫 Vibe: elevated simplicity — feminine, cozy, and luxuriously subtle.

Patrick Ta Major Dimension II Palette

The Major Dimension II Palette is my “evening in autumn” go-to. It’s filled with warm coppers, spicy rose tones, and glowing metallics that create depth and dimension in seconds.

The cream bases make the shimmer shades pop even more, and the range of mattes gives me endless blending possibilities. I love how it creates that sultry, candlelit look — bold yet romantic.

💫 Vibe: modern fall glam — rich, radiant, and cinematic.

Why I Love These Palettes for Fall

Autumn eyeshadow isn’t just about colour — it’s about mood. These palettes capture everything I love about the season: warmth, softness, and that cozy golden undertone that makes every look feel like home.

  • P. Louise for depth and drama
  • Charlotte Tilbury for everyday glow
  • Patrick Ta for evening glamour
  • Dior and Kylie for romantic softness
  • Too Faced and ABH for timeless warmth

Together, they cover every version of autumn — from latte neutrals to sultry rust tones.

Final Thoughts

I reach for these shades repeatedly. I use them whether I’m filming content, heading out for coffee, or styling a flatlay with my favorite palettes. They make me feel cozy, confident, and creative — everything autumn should be.
