Hi pretties! When it comes to perfume, I’m really picky. I hate floral and earthy scents. Those give me a bad headache. I do love gourmand and fruity scents. Here are all of my favorite perfumes which fit those criteria!
Le Monde Gourmand Creme Vanille
The Le Monde Gourmand Creme Vanille perfume is one of my favorite vanilla perfumes. It smells very warm and comforting, with a hint of fruity apricot.
Notes:
- Top: creamy apricot
- Mid: jasmine petals
- Base: brown sugar, amber
Ted Baker Mia
The Mia perfume from Ted Baker has some floral notes, but with a twist. It has a very delectable fruity twist. The top notes of citrus and berries melds perfectly with the rose and freesia scents.
Notes:
- Top: lemon, raspberry, blackcurrant
- Mid: rose, muguet, freesia
- Base: patchouli, amber
Ted Baker Polly
Ted Baker’s Polly smells sweeter than Mia. Polly is what I’d like to describe as Mia’s younger sister. Polly smells sweet, but more gourmand than floral.
Notes:
- Top: peaches, red berries, mandarin orange
- Mid: honeysuckle, peony, jasmine
- Base: vanilla, white musk, amber
Ariana Grande Thank U, Next
Just like her famous song, Ariana’s Thank U, Next perfume is all about picking yourself up and shaking yourself off. It’s the ultimate “moving on” perfume, and I love the energy it gives. It makes me feel powerful, yet thankful for opportunities.
Notes:
- Top: white pear, wild raspberry
- Mid: crème de coconut, pink rose petals
- Base: macaroon sugar, velvet musk
YSL Mon Paris
YSL’s Mon Paris perfume smells just like a botanical garden in the famed City of Love. It has fruity notes of red berries, before drying down to a beautiful, non-overwhelming earthy scent.
Notes:
- Top: red berries
- Mid: white datura flower
- Base: white musk
Too Faced Better Than Sex
The Too Faced Better Than Sex perfume is sadly sold out, but it’s such a beautiful product. The bottle has roses engraved in it, and has a very coquette aesthetic. The scent itself is beautiful. It has top fruity notes. There are floral and warm mid notes. Additionally, it has earthy and slightly peppery base notes.

- Top: passionfruit, lychee, fuzzy peach, luscious citrus
- Mid: pink magnolia, jasmine, vanilla orchid, black rose
- Base: golden amber, patchouli, cedarwood, sensual musk
Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Glacé
Viva La Juicy Glacé is one of my favorite perfumes of all time. The scent feels slightly cooling, with cooling top notes of pear sorbet. The scent’s base notes consist of sandalwood and amber, adding a musky, soft earth scent as well.

- Top: mandarin orange, zesty pear sorbet, vibrant berry
- Mid: luscious jasmine, soft orange blossoms, creamy vanilla
- Base: sandalwood, amber
Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy
This perfume by Ariana Grande is described as “playful and sexy”. To me, it smells slightly like a candy shop, but with earthy base notes.
Notes:
- Top: sparkling blackberry, italian bergamot, pear
- Mid: jasmine sambac, frangipani, dewy honeysuckle
- Base: crème de casis, marshmallow, cashmere woods, sexy vanilla
Viktor and Rolf Bonbon
Bonbon was the first “real” perfume I ever bought, so it holds a lot of core memories for me. This beautiful perfume has a bow-shaped bottle, and it smells quite sweet. It smells like caramel with a hint of citrus and florals.

- Mid: caramel, orange blossom, jasmine
- Base: amber, sandalwood, guaiac wood, cedar
Burberry Her
Burberry’s Her perfume is the first fruity gourmand scent made by the brand. It smells like a London street, with notes of berries, florals, and earthy tones like amber and musk.

- Top: green pear, strawberry, blackcurrant, pink peppercorn
- Mid: honeysuckle, peony, rose, lily of the valley
- Base: musk, cedarwood
Marc Jacobs Daisy Love Eau So Sweet
This perfume is yet another favorite of all my perfumes. It reminds me of springtime, when the air is heavier with floral scents. I love how it smells both fruity, yet fresh at the same time.
Notes:
- Top: white raspberry, bergamot, crystallized cloudberries
- Mid: daisy tree petals, jasmine milk
- Base: sugar musk, white iris woods
Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy
Juicy Couture’s Viva La Juicy is another one of my favorite perfumes. Viva La Juicy has a sweet caramel-orange blend, just like Bonbon. It dries down into a warm, sweet gourmand scent of praline.

- Mid: honeysuckle, gardenia, jasmine
- Base: amber, caramel, vanilla, sandalwood, praline
Ariana Grande Ari Perfume
Ariana Grande’s Ari perfume is described as both “graceful and sexy”. The scent begins with fruity top notes of pear and grapefruit. It starts with a citrus note blended with the soft note of pear. Then, it dries down to a fruitier raspberry note. Finally, it reveals the warm gourmand notes of vanilla and marshmallow as the base notes emerge.
